COLUMBUS
Malcolm England, 69, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday August 6, 2024. He was born April 25, 1955 in Columbus to Rodell and Edna (Bishop) England. They preceded him in death.
Malcolm was extremely artistic. He loved to draw and was able to simply look at something and make it appear on paper. He also loved antiques, hunting for arrowheads and old coins. Malcom was also a nature lover and enjoyed taking walks and surrounding himself with nature.
Survivors include his sisters, Linda (Larry) Ferguson of Lake Placid, FL, and Deborah (Mike) Warren of Columbus; nieces, Lisa (Darryl) Kinchen of Lake Placid, FL, Crystal (Jeremy) Jeffries of Columbus, and Shelley (John) Cowan of Sarasota, FL; and nephew, Jason Warren of Columbus. Also surviving are several great-nieces and nephews as well as several great-great-nieces and nephews whom he cared for greatly.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday August 12, 2024 at Myers-Reed Chapel with Rev. Virgil Clotfelter officiating. Visitation will also be Monday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery.
