GREENSBURG — South Decatur led only 10-6 after the first quarter Friday before pulling away for their third consecutive win, a 53-12 football victory against Southside HomeSchool.
Corbin Johnson carried 20 times for 278 yards, four touchdowns and a 2-point conversion; had two catches for 26 yards; ran two interceptions back for touchdowns and had a safety on defense.
Jayden Jackson-Ray ran for the other touchdown for the Cougars (3-2). Emmytt McFarland ran for three 2-point conversions, and Kaiden Asche kicked an extra point.
