The 47th annual Hope Heritage Days festival started with musical acts and ended with the popular parade. The festival also included art and antique vendors, food, and an expanded Frontier Village.
1999
Columbus native and radio television talk show host Mike Pence was the speaker at “An Evening with Mike Pence” at the Henry Breeding Farm in Edinburgh. The event was hosted by the John Baughn for Clerk Treasurer Committee, and Republican candidates for the city election were also present.
1974
The Columbus Evening Optimist Club held its annual Fishorama at Ashford Lakes near US 31. Thirty-five boys and girls attended the free event.
