Museum set to begin winter hours schedule

The Hayden Historical Museum’s winter hours will begin after Labor Day and will remain in effect until after Memorial Day.

The museum, 6715 W. County Road 20S, will be open from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Mondays and 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays.

The museum features a research library and an exhibit area with several different displays to highlight Hayden and Spencer Township’s heritage. The newest attraction is an exhibit called “A Place Called Yesterday,” which features parlor musical instruments and a nearly complete collection of Life magazines that were donated by Lester and Barbara Tracy.
