MainSource Financial Group’s board of directors has announced a fourth quarter common dividend of 14 cents per share.
The dividend from the Greensburg-based financial company is payable Dec. 15 to common shareholders of record as of Dec. 4.
MainSource has local offices in Columbus, Hope, Edinburgh, North Vernon and Westport, in addition to locations inside retail stores and ATM locations.
