Columbus city offices and transit routes will take a break from normal operations from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday for the Columbus City Employee Holiday Lunch.
City offices and Transit service will resume operations at 1 p.m.
The Columbus City Utilities office also will close at 11 a.m. Friday and reopen at 12:30 p.m. that day.
Any customers having a problem with water or sewer service during this time and needing immediate assistance should call the office at 812-372-8861 and follow the prompts.
