Bright Star Touring Theatre’s free presentation of “Let It Shine: The American Civil Rights Movement” will mark Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Jan. 18 at The Commons, 300 Washington St. in Columbus. The 45-minute event will be the fourth annual program coordinated by the Columbus Area Arts Council.
