Alice Ruth Krauskoph Kotnik, 90, of Pine Ridge Drive, died at 6 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, 2015, at Copper Trace Retirement Center in Westfield.

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, July 25, 1925, she was the daughter of Alice Ruth Krauskoph. She married Robert Louis Kotnik Aug. 14, 1948, in Cleveland. He preceded her in death.

After moving to Columbus in 1962, Alice and Robert became very active in Grace Lutheran Church where she was a 50-year member and a member of the Small Group Ministry, Bible Study Fellowship and the Shut-In Ministry. Alice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker.

Survivors include her children, Cliff (wife Susan) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Glenn (wife Sharon) of Zionsville, Indiana; grandchildren, Cassandra Stiltner (husband Mark) and their son, Rhyden, of Denver, Colorado, Christine Main (husband Jason) and their daughter and sons, Ruby, Eli and David, of Minot, North Dakota, Haley of Sunnyvale, California, and Kelsey of Indianapolis.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, Gregg.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, at Grace Lutheran Church with Pastor John Armstrong officiating. Calling will be at the church from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will follow in Garland Brook Cemetery.

Arrangements were made by Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street.
