John C. Brighton, 95, of Columbus, died at 4:15 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, at the Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient facility.
Calling for John will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service Monday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St. There will be a Masonic Memorial service at 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jerry Day Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Garland Brook Cemetery with honors by the Bartholomew County Honor Guard.
