Davidian Mark Gambrel, 15, of Seymour, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, at his home.
He is survived by his sister, Jayla Diane Gambrel, and grandparents, David and Diane Lucas.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jonrah Diabren Jackson Gambrel.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Voss Chapel in Seymour with the Rev. Rick Wilson officiating. Calling will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday and from noon until service time Monday. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
Memorials may be made to the Jayla Gambrel School Fund.
