IUPUC School of Nursing receives accreditation

IUPUC’s School of Nursing is the first nursing school in Indiana to receive simulation accreditation.The accreditation was awarded from the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and is in effect through December 2017 as data is collected and reviewed. Programs that seek to provisional accreditation through the society must adhere to teaching/education and core standards.

Pence appoints Crisp to serve on council

Gov. Mike Pence has appointed IUPUC assistant professor of nursing Cheryl L. Crisp to serve on the Governor’s Planning Council for People with Disabilities. The council works to improve the lives of people living with disabilities.
