Cummins 2015 earnings out this morning
Cummins Inc. will release its 2015 fourth-quarter and end-of-year earnings this morning, and company Chairman and CEO Tom Linebarger and other executives will participate in a conference call with investors and analysts afterward at 10 a.m.
Cummins’ previous earnings release, of third-quarter results on Oct. 27, included the announcement that the company would reduce its global workforce by 2,000 salaried professionals because of persistent declines in international markets.
Third-quarter sales declined $270 million compared to the third quarter of 2014. The company also lowered its full-year revenue forecast to be flat to possibly down 2 percent.
