Roger B. Collins, 70, of Elizabethtown, died at 12:35 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, at IU Health Methodist Hospital.
The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Columbus First Assembly of God with Pastor Rick Glowacki officiating. Calling will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street and from 12:30 p.m. until service time Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Columbus First Assembly of God.
