Galligar went 3-1 Friday and Saturday to finish third in the Wrestling State Finals.

“I thought my performance was pretty good, but I think I definitely could have done better.”
Do you do anything special to prepare?
“Before a match, I usually listen to some music to try to get myself calmed down, and I do a lot of pacing back and forth to get myself in the mindset. I always try to picture me shaking the guy’s hand and what I’m going to do right after the whistle.”

Lomax went 3 for 3 from the field to score six points Saturday in the Bull Dogs’ 55-48 semistate win against Roncalli at Richmond.

“I think it was OK for the circumstances, but I think it could have been a lot better.”
Do you do anything special to prepare?
“I picture what the coaches have told me to do, then I picture me going through it. If it’s a big defensive stop, I’ll picture it, and I’ll be like ‘Hey, I’m ready to do this.’”
