Sara B. Smith, 33, of Edinburgh, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born September 1, 1982 in Jerseyville, Illinois.
She is survived by her father, Bob Smith of Grafton, Illinois; mother, Sheila (Rutherford) Horton of Edinburgh; daughter, Emma Wade of Edinburgh; sisters, Amber (Doug) Bunfill and Shanan (Dom) Casey both of Jacksonville, Illinois and Katie Smith of Eldon, Missouri.
She was a graduate of Edinburgh Community High School in 2000 and a member of Grafton United Methodist Church of Grafton, Illinois.
A celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Arrangement were entrusted to Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home of Edinburgh, Indiana.
