Sally J.P. Moore, 52, of Prairie Stream Way, died at 12:13 p.m. April 2, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include her son, Stephen A. Moore of Columbus; brothers, Chris Phillips and Pete Phillips, both of England; and a sister, Louise Birdsall of Europe.
Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service.
