Thomas Pat Evans Jr., 51, of Edinburgh, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016, at his residence. He was born September 10, 1964, in Columbus, Indiana, to Thomas Pat Evans and Linda Faye (Streeval) Evans.
He is survived by his parents, of Edinburgh; son, Dalton Evans, Edinburgh; daughters, Casey Evans of Brown County, Lena Perez of Sweetwater and Mary Evans of Edinburgh; brothers, Clarence William Evans of Edinburgh and Troy (Sonja) Evans of Columbus; a sister, Serena Faye (Jose) Salomon of Edinburgh; and grandchildren, Shalyn Munoz, Gregory Evans, Landon Mullis, Gavin Mullis and Amaya Perez.
He was preceded by a son, Thomas M. Evans.
Mr. Evans was a self-employed mechanic.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2016, at Assembly of God Church, 904 S. Holland St., Edinburgh, Indiana, with the Rev. Matt Eckart officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Friday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Funeral arrangements were made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
