Michael L. Lucas, 59, of Columbus, died at 2:25 a.m. Friday, April 29, 2016, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte R. Gobin Lucas; brothers, Randy Lucas of Columbus and Scott Lucas of Meeker, Colorado; a sister, Karen Lucas of Meeker, Colorado; and his stepfather, Warren Walker of Hillsboro, North Carolina.
A private graveside service will be conducted at Hope Moravian Cemetery by Virgil Clotfelter.
Arrangements were made by Hathaway-Myers Chapel on Pearl Street.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the National Kidney Foundation.
