Sarah Dose, 70, of Indianapolis, died April 28, 2016.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Dose; children, David Oliphant, Michael Oliphant and Rena Tammawitz; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Doris Delp and Linda Caldwell; and brothers, Steve Beckemeyer and Daniel Beckemeyer.
Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, with calling from 11 a.m. until service time.
