The double door reach-in cooler’s ambient air temperature was measured at 53 degrees Fahrenheit. The products inside were measured at 51.9 degrees Fahrenheit. All potentially hazardous foods were removed from cooler and it was placed out-of-service until proper temperature can be maintained.
