Michael Miller has been appointed vice president — controller _ Engine Business for Cummins, Inc., effective June 1.
Miller served as a member of the Engine Business leadership team and oversees all of the finance and accounting responsibilities for the business.
Since joining Cummins in 1991, Miller has served as a financial analyst for the Cummins Electronics Co. and has held finance leadership roles for Electronics and Information Systems, Jamestown Engine Plant, Heavy-Duty Engine Business, Engine Business Unit Marketing and Purchasing, Turbo Technologies, MidRange Engine Business and the Components group segment.
Miller, a certified management accountant, received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Franklin College and has a master’s degree from Penn State University.
He and his wife, Tammy, live in Columbus and have four children and four grandchildren.
