The American Red Cross is partnering with Nexcare bandages this month to observe World Blood Donor Day, which is Tuesday.
To honor those who give blood around the world, Nexcare has developed a limited-edition collection of bandages with the theme “Feel the Beat, Give Blood” featuring dance-inspired designs reflecting cultures around the world. The bandages are being used at Red Cross blood donation sites.
Upcoming blood donation opportunities include:
- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 17: Columbus Blood Donation Center, 931 Repp Drive
- 2 to 6 p.m. June 23: Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St.
- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 24: Columbus Blood Donation Center, 931 Repp Drive
- 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 30: Cummins Plant 1, 500 Central Ave.
