Mary E. Fitzpatrick, 94, of Commiskey, died at 6:45 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Covered Bridge Health Campus in Seymour.
Survivors include her son, Timothy A. (Janice) Fitzpatrick of Commiskey; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Fitzpatrick.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon with the Rev. Richard Burcham officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
