Jerry Lee Moore, 62, of Morocco, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at Vibra Hospital in Crown Point.
Survivors include his children, Logan Lee Moore, Cayla Lynn Moore and Danah Jo Moore; three grandchildren; and siblings, Randy (Carol) Moore, Joey Moore, Sue (Steve) Everroad, Elvie Griffin, Shirley (Doug) Burton, Rotha (Otis) Stout, Joyce (Mitch) Hudson and Teresa (Kenny) Sharp.
Jerry was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Johnson Moore.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre in Seymour with calling from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at Hayden Cemetery.
