Registration is well under way for this year Mill Race Marathon — in fact, it’s going at a fast clip.
As of June 22, a total of 885 runners had registered for one of four races — a 27.2 percent increase over the same time period from a year ago.
Here is the latest number of registrants, by race:
Marathon: 130 runners (+23.8 percent)
Half marathon: 492 runners (+19.1 percent)
5K: 176 runners (21.4 percent)
Kids Fun Run: 87 runners (+163.6 percent)
Registration fees are $75 for the marathon, $60 for the half-marathon and $25 for the 5K.
Those prices will hold for two months before rising in September.
Sept. 1 – Sept. 22: 5K – $30; half marathon – $70; marathon – $85
Race weekend: 5K – $35; half marathon – $80; marathon – $95
