Speaking of comedy, I hope to be front-row and center for the YES Cinema opening night of the “Ghostbusters” reboot at 7:01 p.m. July 14. Featuring a massively talented cast, this send-up of the 1984 film promises to be one of the summer’s biggest hits.
If you’re wanting to get out into the fresh air and walk, a Lincoln-Central Neighborhood and Family Center/White River Running Company program might provide the answer. Sidekicks is a running and walking group for all ages. It meets 6:30 p.m. Mondays at the White River Running Company, 325 Fifth St. From there, the group runs or walks for about an hour. Walkers or runners with special needs are encouraged to join in, and they will be buddied up with someone of similar speed.
