The Corvette Club of Columbus’ 14th Annual Hot Summer Days open car show will be conducted rain or shine from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The event, at Chevrolet of Columbus, 2825 Merchant’s Mile, is part of the club’s 40th anniversary celebration.
All makes and models of vehicles are welcome, according to organizers. This will be a judged show, with trophies awarded at 2 p.m. for best in show, best paint, best engine best display, club participation and sponsor’s choice. Registration, which is from 8 a.m. to noon, is $20 the day of the show or $15 in advance at columbuscorvette.com.
Food and snacks will be available for purchase. There will be door prizes, a silent auction and a $40 giveaway every 40 minutes in honor of the anniversary.
