Mrs. Nancy Champ, 70, of Seymour, Indiana, died July 16, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, Columbus, Indiana.
Nancy is survived by her children, Troy (Tracey) Champ, Todd Champ and Angela (Jeremy) Fletcher; four grandchildren; sister, Jenny Robison; and companion, Jim Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Champ.
A remembrance tribute for Nancy will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Voss Chapel. A private family entombment service will follow with a butterfly release Wednesday at Riverview Cemetery. Friends and family may gather from 4 p.m. until service time Tuesday at Voss Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, Inpatient Facility.
