“Rhydhun: The Beats of India” ethnic music concert will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Judson Erne Auditorium, 1400 25th St. in Columbus.

The Columbus Ganesh Utsav Mandal, a non-profit organization organizing Indian cultural events and festivals in Columbus, is organizing the concert.

Various southern Indiana artists, including some who participated in Columbus Got Talent, will perform in this musical evening.

Rhydhun will be a showcase of Navarasa (known as the nine emotions in Indian aesthetics) through Indo-western fusion of dance, music, vocals and percussion.

“This event doesn’t have any linguistic bounds, which would make it enjoyable for one and all,” said Mugdha Soman, one of the organizers.

Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door for adults. Those younger than 15 will be admitted free.
