Gilbert W. and Connie J. Hoene of Seymour plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with their children and families at the Grand Colonnade-French Lick Hotel where the couple honeymooned.
Mr. Hoene and the former Connie Wright were married Aug. 7, 1966, at Acme Evangelical United Brethren Church by the Rev. Vernon Nossett.
Mr. Hoene retired from Marathon Petroleum where he was an engineer.
Mrs. Hoene is a homemaker.

The couple have two children, Brent (Mary Ellen) Hoene and Benjamin (Amy) Hoene. They also have four grandchildren.
