William E. Ruble, 41, of Franklin, formerly of Columbus, died at 4:20 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Franklin Meadows.
Survivors include his children, Joshua and Jacob Ruble, both of Columbus, and Katherine and Trinity Ruble, both of Franklin.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street, with calling from 12:30 p.m. until service time. Burial with military honors will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
