Three employees of Jackson County Bank, Will Clark, Chris Marks and Julie Kloote, were recently promoted.
Clark, a retail loan credit services officer since 2012, was promoted to assistant vice president. He is a graduate of Ashford University and has completed several training courses specific to credit administration and loan compliance during his 15-year career in the loan and banking industry.
Marks joined JCB in 2003 as assistant branch manager at Jackson Park, and after serving as information security officer since 2012, has been promoted to assistant vice president. He is a graduate of Indiana University and has extensive training in network administration, information security and cyber security.
Kloote has more than 19 years of banking experience, concentrated in the loan area, and has been promoted to officer. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and joined JCB in 2012 as a commercial analyst. She also has completed several courses specific to credit analysis and commercial lending.

Dr. Soo H. Park has joined Indiana Heart Physicians, a Franciscan Physician Network practice, and will see patients in Columbus, Greensburg and Indianapolis.
With more than 25 years of cardiology experience, Dr. Park is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Overlook Hospital in New Jersey and New Jersey Medical School and completed fellowship training in cardiology at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and interventional cardiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City.

Julie Schlehuser, a residential mortgage lender with Ruoff Home Mortgage at 1160 Washington St., has been named top loan originator for the Columbus office for July.
The top spot in each branch office is based on the number of closed loans.
Dr. Sylvester T. Youlo has joined the staff of Southern Indiana Orthopedics, with offices at 940 N. Marr Road and in Greensburg. A fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon, he specializes in shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle injuries and conditions with a wide variety of advanced procedures and techniques.
He is a graduate of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics in Madison and underwent fellowship specialty training in sports medicine at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
