Jesse C. Poindexter, 60, of Nashville, died Saturday evening, August 6, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, LaVaughn Callon of Nashville; children, Alicia (Matt) Taylor of Brown County, Amanda (Christopher) Parson of Franklin, Sarah (Josh Fox) Callon of Brown County, Kimberly (Chuck) Harper of Beech Grove, Kristina (Tony) Dunn of Nineveh, Charity (Johnny) White of Morgantown, David (Nayoung) Choi of Indianapolis, Amanda (Brad) Cooper of Nashville, Elizabeth (Joey Hall) Choi of Greenwood and Rebekah (Matt) Choi Ramsey of Fairland; siblings, Tonya Poindexter of Indianapolis, Tammy Arthur of Greenwood, Lanny Poindexter of California and Terry Poindexter of Morgantown; and 18 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation and Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St., Morgantown. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Nashville.
