If your lunch plans for today aren’t finalized, there’s one way to change that — and help the United Way in the process.
Bartholomew County REMC will host a fish fry to benefit the United Way of Bartholomew County from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at the REMC office, 1697 W. Deaver Road.
Fish sandwiches, side items, drinks and baked goods will be available. All proceeds benefit the United Way.
On the menu:
- A combo meal — fish sandwich, two side dishes (choose from applesauce, chips or cole slaw) and a drink — is $7.
- A sandwich by itself is $5.
- Baked-sale items will also be available for sale, as marked.
REMC donates the drinks, side items and baked goods. Brownstown Electric donates the fish, and their employees fry it.
