Services for Xavier Maurice Scrogham, 18, of Hope, were held Thursday at Normal Funeral Home in Hope, followed by burial at Sharon Cemetery in Hope.
Xavier passed away August 29, 2016.
Additional survivors not listed in the full obituary include grandparents, James and Nadine Johnson-Bey of Hope, with whom he had lived since seventh grade, and Candace Freeman of Columbus; uncles, Elliott and Jeremy Johnson-Bey of Hope; and his Aunt Anne Johnson-Bey of Indianapolis, who he just adored.
