Maxine E. Newcomb, 82, of Seymour, Indiana, died Sunday, September 4, 2016, at the Lutheran Community Home in Seymour.
She is survived by her sister, Dorothy Otte Simmons.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Hollis Newcomb.
The funeral service will be at 10 a..m Wednesday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Blomenberg, the Rev. Philip Bloch and the Rev. James Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Voss Chapel and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday.
Memorials may be made to the Sauers Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund.
