Steven W. Leslie, age 68 of Seymour, died Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center.
Survivors include his wife, Debra; children, Lisa Hernandez of Columbus, Jamie (Nikki) Leslie of New Palestine, Shannon (Dustin) Nauman of St. Joseph, Missouri and Derek Weddle of Seymour; step‐mother, Joann Leslie of Seymour; six grandchildren; and one great‐grandson.
Steve was preceded in death by his son, Brian Weddle.
Per Steve’s wishes, no services are planned. A private graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery with the family.
The family requests that memorials be made in Steve’s memory to the Hospice of Schneck Medical Center.
Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre has been entrusted with the arrangements.
