Don and Sandra Edwards of Columbus celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner hosted by their children and a trip to the Lost Coast and Humboldt County, California.
Mr. Edwards and the former Sandra Nierman were married June 30, 1966, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at Wegan by the Rev. Alfred Boester.
Mr. Edwards is an attorney and Mrs. Edwards is employed as a typist.
The couple have four children, the Rev. James (Evelyn) Edwards, Scott (Katie) Edwards, Aaron (Tracy) Edwards, and Ryan (Maria) Edwards. They also have five grandchildren.
