Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. is seeking nominations of teachers, former teachers or administrators for outstanding service and contributions for its Education Hall of Fame awards.
During the time of employment with BCSC, nominees must have been a licensed teacher or administrator for a minimum of 15 years.
Nomination forms will be available on the BCSC website, bcsc.k12.in.us, with a link on the first page beginning Monday. Nominations will be accepted at the BCSC administration building, 1200 Central Ave., until Nov. 1.
Honorees are chosen by a committee of five, including a teacher, administrator, parent, patron and school board member. The recipient receives a commemorative plaque, and a second plaque is placed in a school location of the recipient’s choice.
