Donald Ray Perry, 63, of North Vernon, died Tuesday October 4, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Jill.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Norman Funeral Home in Hope. The visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
