Jason K. Jackson, 42, of Seymour, died Oct. 5, 2016, at his home.
Survivors include his two children, Damian Stone Jackson and Emily Brooke Jackson, both of Seymour; his parents, Howard and Lana Jackson of Ocala, Florida; and maternal grandmother, Jean (Prewitt) Shelton.
A celebration of life gathering will begin at noon Saturday, Oct. 15, at the VFW hall in Seymour.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through Woodlawn Funeral Centre in Seymour or during the gathering at the VFW to a fund for Damian and Emily Jackson.
