Jets rout Indians

MILAN — Class A No. 3 Hauser had little trouble Tuesday night in rolling to a 25-17, 25-11, 25-14 win at Milan.

Alana Owen led the Jets (28-3) with 24 assists and six digs. Brea Metz pounded 12 kills, Tannyr Davis had two blocks and Sydney Schoen served four aces.

Schoen also recorded eight kills, six assists and four digs, and Sarah Tedder had three assists and five digs. Davis pounded eight kills Madie Sherman and Kylie Lock each had one block and Taylor Henderson and Hailey Lange each served three aces.

Panthers sweep Lancers

EDINBURGH — Jennings County wrapped up its regular season with a 25-19, 25-22, 25-22 win at Edinburgh.

Emma McPeek led the Panthers (7-20) with six kills, one solo and four assist blocks and two aces. Carissa Kinney recorded six kills and 17 assists, and Hanah Bertram had 19 digs and two aces.

Katie Schneider pounded six kills and two assist blocks, while Kinney added one solo and two assist blocks and 10 digs and Mary Leahigh had two assist blocks. Sydney Brown notched 10 digs, and Denza Simpson served two aces.

Trinity tops Henryville

SEYMOUR — Henryville gave Trinity Lutheran a battle, but the Cougars prevailed 25-17, 25-22, 26-24.

Hailley Peters pounded eight kills, and Courtney Barker served two aces to lead the Cougars (13-14). Chloe Criswell added five kills, and Lexi Schneider had four kills.
