A chainsaw safety and tree felling workshop will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at Columbus Youth Camp, 12454 W. Youth Camp Road. It will be taught by Purdue Extension forester Don Carlson.
Participants will review safety, use and maintenance indoors. An outdoor tree-felling demonstration and question-and-answer session will follow.
In case of inclement weather, the workshop will be moved to 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday.
