Sonya Mayfield, 59, of 13th Street, Columbus, died at 8:30 p.m. November 23, 2016.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Survivors include sons, James M. (Kellie) Mayfield Jr. of Ingoeside, Texas, and Jeremy M. (Camille) Mayfield of Hobbs, New Mexico; a daughter, Ashley (Michael) Knoef of Columbus; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Mayfield; and daughter, Amanda M. Mayfield.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home, Columbus.
