Kathy D. Maxwell, 71, of Seymour, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2016, at home.
She is survived by her husband, Stephen E. Maxwell; two daughters, Jennifer Maxwell and Stephanie Campbell; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Thomas (Carol) King.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Burkholder Funeral Chapel in Seymour with the Rev. John Erickson officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery.
