Students from Columbus Signature Academy — New Tech High School will host a Columbus holiday bike ride to raise funds for its parent-teacher organization and school programs.
The Dec. 18 event — a six-mile bike ride, done as a group — will be from 3 to 5 p.m. It starts at Mill Race Park near the ampitheater, with registration beginning at 2 p.m.
Cost to participate, which includes a T-shirt, Santa hat and items after the race, is $35 for adults and $10 for all ages of students kindergarten and older. Children who are in preschool or younger can participate for free. Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite holiday outfits.
