Irma C. Galloway, 83, Columbus, died at 2:20 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Galloway was born June 30, 1933, in Seymour, Indiana, to Arthur and Martha Sexton Fleetwood.
She married Truman A. Galloway November 27, 1953. He preceded her in death March 4, 2014.
Mrs. Galloway was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include her children, Shari K. Galloway of Columbus and Thomas (Jennifer) Galloway of Columbus; grandchildren, Emily and Andres Galloway both of Columbus; brothers, Orville K. Fleetwood of Columbus and Norman (Carol) Fleetwood of Columbus; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Galloway was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and six siblings.
The funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Pastor Jerry Ballard officiating. Family and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
