Jam out at with some bluegrass

The Columbus Bluegrass Jamboree is aptly named, because the heart of the gathering, slated to begin at 4 p.m. Jan. 21 at Donner Center, 22nd and Sycamore streets in Columbus, is a jam session that opens the free event. That means organizers invite all musicians to bring their instrument. Various bluegrass and gospel groups such as Lost River Raisin, Liberty Hill, and Backwoods Bluegrass, will begin performing at 5 p.m. Information: Joe Wright at 812-379-2408.
