Carolyn S. Tempest, 78, of Columbus, died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017, at Keepsake Village of Columbus.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Michael Hogg officiating. Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to time of service Saturday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Bible Church of Columbus or First Christian Church.
