COLUMBUS, Ind. — A Columbus man is in jail on multiple arrest charges related to incidents that left several people injured.
Steven Richards, 33, 725 Pearl St., is being held without bond in the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges of:
- Battery
- Criminal recklessness
- Failure to stop following an accident
At about 8:21 p.m. Monday, Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Deputy Adam Warner was dispatched to a reported battery in the 1400 block of Tellman Road. Upon arrival, he found a female and a juvenile male who had been run over by a vehicle.
